Just started 2 sessions of my training session and so far it has been excellent. V convenient as Zen comes to my gym at the condo and so far we focused on a program of strength training which has been drawn up in good details. Looking forward to see more progress as we go along.

I have had an amazing experience training with Zen from flexfit , the team are incredibly motivating, patient, and truly care about my progress. Since we started working together, I have seen a huge improvement in my strength. He always push me to do my best while making the workouts fun and engaging. I highly recommend Zen to anyone looking to reach their fitness goals!

Excellent service TO YOUR CONDO! The company are very easy to deal with. They are extremely flexible with times and days and payment plans. Khun PLUG is enthusiastic, always happy to support and gives good advice. He is very funny and cheers you on to achieve your goals. I have noticed a big difference in just a few short months working with him a couple of times each week!

Have been through half a course with Flexifit so far, I really enjoyed the experience. The trainers are considerate of your physical abilities and know when to push your limits. Best part is that they come to your desired home/gym, so no excuses 😄
