Group classes require approximately 30–50 sqm depending on class type. Most Bangkok offices have a suitable space: a meeting room, lobby, or rooftop works well. We assess your space for free during the corporate wellness audit.

After signing the agreement, your first corporate wellness session can be scheduled within 2 weeks. Our team handles all logistics, trainer assignment, schedule coordination, and equipment – so your HR team has nothing to set up.

No long-term commitment is required to start. We offer a flexible 1-month pilot so you can experience the corporate wellness program before deciding. From there, quarterly packages are available for teams ready to commit to ongoing results.
