FLEXACTIVE CO., LTD. (FLEXIFIT THAILAND)

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the purchase of all personal training packages, sessions, and services provided by FLEXACTIVE CO., LTD. (the “Company”). By making a payment for any service, the Client hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. NO REFUND POLICY
FLEXACTIVE CO., LTD. strictly adheres to a No Refund Policy. Once a payment is processed and a service or package is purchased, all sales are final. There are no refunds, credits, or exchanges permitted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Inability to attend sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts.
- Relocation (moving to another city or country).
- Medical conditions or physical injuries (unless otherwise specified in a separate disability
agreement).

2. NON-TRANSFERABILITY
All training packages and sessions are personalized and are non-transferable. Sessions cannot be assigned, sold, or transferred to another individual or third party without the express written consent of the Company management.
3. PACKAGE EXPIRATION
All service packages have a defined validity period starting from the date of purchase. Any sessions not utilized within the specified timeframe will be forfeited. The Company is under no obligation to provide refunds or extensions for expired sessions.
4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
While refunds are not permitted, the Company allows for the rescheduling of sessions subject to our 12-Hour Notice Policy.
- Clients must notify the Company or the designated trainer at least 12 hours in advance
to reschedule a session.

In the event that a client chooses to discontinue services before the completion of a package, no prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining balance of the sessions.
6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing your purchase via bank transfer, credit card, debit card, QR payment, or any other payment method, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to be bound by this No Refund Policy.
