FLEXACTIVE CO., LTD. (FLEXIFIT THAILAND)

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the purchase of all personal training packages, sessions, and services provided by FLEXACTIVE CO., LTD. (the “Company”). By making a payment for any service, the Client hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. NO REFUND POLICY
FLEXACTIVE CO., LTD. strictly adheres to a No Refund Policy. Once a payment is processed and a service or package is purchased, all sales are final. There are no refunds, credits, or exchanges permitted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Inability to attend sessions due to personal scheduling conflicts.
- Change of mind or personal preference.
- Relocation (moving to another city or country).
- Medical conditions or physical injuries (unless otherwise specified in a separate disability
agreement). - Unused sessions remaining in a package after the expiration date.
2. NON-TRANSFERABILITY
All training packages and sessions are personalized and are non-transferable. Sessions cannot be assigned, sold, or transferred to another individual or third party without the express written consent of the Company management.
3. PACKAGE EXPIRATION
All service packages have a defined validity period starting from the date of purchase. Any sessions not utilized within the specified timeframe will be forfeited. The Company is under no obligation to provide refunds or extensions for expired sessions.
4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
While refunds are not permitted, the Company allows for the rescheduling of sessions subject to our 12-Hour Notice Policy.
- Clients must notify the Company or the designated trainer at least 12 hours in advance
to reschedule a session. - Failure to provide at least 12 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited and
deducted from the package balance as if attended.

5. SERVICE DISCONTINUATION
In the event that a client chooses to discontinue services before the completion of a package, no prorated refunds will be issued for the remaining balance of the sessions.
6. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing your purchase via bank transfer, credit card, debit card, QR payment, or any other payment method, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to be bound by this No Refund Policy.

- Health & Fitness Information: Physical condition, weight, height, and fitness goals provided during the consultation.
- Transaction Data: Details of payments made.
Please note: We do NOT store your credit card or bank account details. All payments are processed securely via Omise, our third-party payment gateway provider.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To customize and deliver personal training programs tailored to your goals.
- To manage schedules and communicate service-related updates.
- To process payments, issue receipts, and verify transactions.
- To collect feedback (every 5 sessions) to improve our service quality.
3. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure. When paying through an Omise Payment Link, your sensitive financial information is encrypted and handled directly by Omise’s secure infrastructure.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. Data is only shared with essential service providers (such as Omise for payment processing) as required to fulfill our services to you.
5. Your Rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), you have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us via the information provided in the “Contact Us” section.
6. Changes to This Policy
Flexactive Co., Ltd. reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website with a new revision date.
